Everyone in this world has aims and ambitions of life, some people live their life for themselves and some dedicate their life for the sake of others happiness. Living for own self is easy whereas, a life for others is more meaningful as well as difficult. Ghulam Asghar Khoso is a person with difficult but meaningful life.

Basically, Asghar belongs to Dadu’s middle-class family. His father died in 1995 and he left his studies after primary level due to their fiscal problems. He had three brothers, two sisters and a mother to take care of.

Khoso said, the only inspiration of my life is Moin Akhtar. From his very childhood, he used to make others happy through his deeds and jokes. He has also performed in stage dramas in his own village on rupees 5 or 10 contribution of inhabitants of the area. He told, once we were coming back from a program and some robbers looted us. We had just 2 bags, one with dholak and the other with money. We told them to give the dholak back because that is the only means of our food and income. So they returned our dholak. Not only in dramas, but Asghar has also worked in Nohas, Naats and funny songs.

He tried to work with Sindhi media and also made some videos but he says, that was the worse experience of my life because Sindhi media is defaming Sindhi culture by showing feudal system. So, I became rebel and started working on social media. My videos are on educational and current issues also they are against those Sindhi channels who are defaming our culture.

Khoso, a well-dressed man with black hairs, lampshade moustache and long height. His appearance does not indicate that he is illiterate. One of his friend, Bharat Akhani said that he has not dual personality. He acts same with his family and friends as well as on stage. He make others laugh through his genial jokes. Another friend of Asghar told that he is a kind, jolly and loving man but he is never on time. Whenever we plan to meet Asghar comes late or sometimes he even forget to come.

People love to invite him in marriage ceremonies and birthday parties for performance. He also attend different festivals of universities and colleges.  He specified, I am my own script-writer, I do not have team. I make videos on mobile and share them on social media. Once I was in my village, walking through the road, I saw a man on donkey and requested him to give me a ride. After convincing him, I sat on it and made a video on the spot. The dialogues were not scripted before and they were natural, that is one of my most watched video on YouTube having more than 49,570 views.

Asghar is a frank person but criticism is common everywhere. Many people criticize him. He told, once he was in a party, where government officers were present and he cracked a joke that people adore government jobs, houses and cars, while they abhor to send their child to government schools. All the officers became angry over him and said you are disgracing us. He told that in every program 80% people criticize me, while other 20% appreciate me. Many people dial my number intentionally and ask who is talking, I answer them Asghar Khoso, they laugh and say oh that Asghar Khoso who just make funny videos. People usually do not appreciate the art, they just mock over it.

When asked about any unfulfilled dream, he replied, it was my wholly dream to be educated which remained incomplete otherwise, all my wishes come true. When someone text me and I cannot reply them, at that time my heart weeps blood. I am unable to write posts on Facebook and I ask others to tell me what to write on the post. But I am not dishearten, my sons are getting education in school and I am focusing on their education and working for their better future. He said, I am not literate but a large number of students from schools, colleges and universities follow me on social media.

Those who make others laugh, also have many problems to face in their lives. Asghar got married with his second cousin and has two sons. His wife is paralysed. Whenever he goes to hospital for her check-up, people start asking him about his videos and request him to joke. People do not take others problems seriously. But Asghar never minds he says, everyone has problems in his life and making others happy in such a cruel, selfish and busy world is no doubt a difficult task, but I love to do so.  It is good to make others happy, it gives me pleasure and I forget about my problems by sharing smiles. I do not let my sorrows to destroy others glee.

Life is a journey where one have to face troubles, sorrows, hurdles, happiness, joys and love. There are many ups and downs come into one's life. But, a successful one will overcome with all these difficulties. These all are a part of life.

Sir Syed Aijaz Shah, A name of pride and honour for his beloved students. He is an ideal and a role model for many of the students. He is a successful man in his life. Simplicity reflects from his personality. He achieve great goals in his life. He has also face a lot of hurdles in his student life. But, he always overcome the difficulties and try again and again for better consequences. After passing H.S.C, he graduated from University of Sindh in Law Department. He has only three master's degree. Masters in Criminology from University of Sindh, Master's in zoology from University of Karachi, Master's in Chemistry from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. After completed his education; He gave Central Superior Services (C.S.S) Examination, but unfortunately not allocated in any of the occupational group. He never lost his hopes and always work smart. With his great determination and hard work, He gave Combine Competitive Examination and successfully passed it. He was allocated in Labour Department. Now he is a Judge in Labour Court. He was former a Malaria Control Officer in district Badin and also he was lecturer in Government College. He is a well-known personality. He often told to his students while taking class that whatever I am today is just because of his parents and teachers.

His first target is set. Now he is working for his second target that is Civil Services Academy. This is his home academy where he teaches to his students. Along with, other academies are taking huge amount of fee structure for the preparation of competitive examination. And here he is taking a few amount. He prepared students for different competitive examination like Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) and Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC). More than 1200 of his students passed several examination for different posts. Means he has made 1200 house lives. He is teaching for last 36 years. Most of his students are from middle and lower class people. 

Recently, on 19-08-2016 Sindh Public Service Commission announced the result of Combine Competitive Examination 2013-2016. In which one of his student is allocated as an Assistant Registrar Cooperative Housing Society. This is the one example, there are so many examples like this. His work for the civil society is very good that he is teaching to the students with his honesty and faithfully. He is playing a great role in the teaching of competitive examination. He loves to teach his students. He is the good instructor to his students and help them whenever and wherever his students need help. He not only teach them about examination but also teach them of good or evil, right and wrong, Ethics of society and respect of others.

In this modern time, everyone is very much busy in his life. But, he is busy in making others life better. Now a day; career counseling for youngster is a big question but he always welcome that student who wants to take suggestion about their future planning. He is playing a vital role in making of society by teaching to youngster. May ALLAH grand him success in his second task.

Life is full of challenges, hardships, and ups and down, the thing is that how you survive or face those challenges and got success by overcoming those difficulties. As we know that to face those challenges and to reach on the goal for a normal person is not so easy task, have to face many hardships and to make struggles. And there is no doubt, without seeing hardships one cannot achieve anything. But imagine how those difficulties will be, who is disable or special one.it become more difficult for those to face hardships as compare to normal one.

But there is some special person who understand himself as normal people rather than helpless. Sahil Bughio 21 years old guy, is one of those striver, who never lose hope and make their life message for all. He opens his eyes in the home of Nizar Ali Bughio at Moro in 1996.he got primary education from his village. Then he done metric and intermediate from Iqra public school Moro. During this higher secondary education, he got different positions and awards in debates, speeches and games.

After intermediate, he struggles day and night to become an engineer for that he gave the test of Mehran University of Jamshoro and finally his efforts become fruitful and got selected in Mehran with a high percentage, he achieved what he aspired to. But soon, he left it because he could not get his favorite department. After leaving Mehran University, he took admission in University of Sindh. Currently, he is studying in department of Commerce in second year. He has aspired to become lecturer or teacher. This is what, we call “Hope” due to which he is continuing struggle and become never hopeless.

Once upon the time, during conversation he told me that “My mother has always been source of inspiration for me, she always encourage me that you are not disable you can do everything that common people do, this is why I never lose hope and also not differentiate myself to others.”

He has very kind nature with always smile on face and feel others have no worries, it was the thing that amazed me some extent. But sometimes he become angary when someone disturb him during study. According to him “one can do everything with me but I cannot let go disturb anyone during the study”. This is why, table in his room, seemed to be full of books. He is fond of reading books not only academics but literary, history books and also magazine.

Now, in student life, not depending on others he can do everything that a normal student does like, classwork, making assignment, taking bath, wearing clothes and eating unless he did not take glass of water from other. He himself manage all this.

Not only this, he has full command on computer through which he always connected with internet and keep updated himself.one of his very close friend and classmate Mir Magsi said that “he has loving nature, never minds when we make joke sometimes at his height and say “Kodu”, he always priorities friends and students, who have need of him especially, of university work.”

As Sohil message is “Live for others. Especially, who are special one and cannot afford to get education and those reached the university, they should be encouraged and financially helped because those are lucky one who reach the university to get higher education and all persons not reached there.”

Now, we cannot imagine, how much this man struggles to reach here, for getting higher education. This is because of his true determination.

 We all, especially students should get lesson from his struggle and personality to make life difficulties easier for achieving the goal. And it is also our duty that we should help and encourage students like Sahil Bughio. Especially, administration of university should care, give facilities and scholarships because students like them are eligible and have their right.

Art is a gift of GOD (ALLAH), every human being is born with a unique talent of their own, and I believe if a person is born with the talent like art is more blessed, because they are capable of seeing the world like no one else can, they have power to express through colors, word and sometimes by gesture. The Soil of Sind is blessed with many talented people, who are known for their contributions in the fields like Art and Literature, There is no doubt that the Abro family has contributed a lot to Sindhi literature and culture, names like Dara Alam Abro,Ayaz Alam Abro, Mansoor Alam Abro, Tariq  Alam Abro, Saqi Abro, and Qais Alam Abro all have the same root, each one of them have their unique talent to express their talent towards arts, literature, Sindhi language and motherland sindh.

I am feeling proud to write about such a blessed and talented person who is artist, poet, script writer, Photographer and much more. He is second Son among the famous Alam Abro family. Ayaz Alam Abro, born on May 3^rd, 1950 at district Qambar/Shahdadkot, he took his early education at Government High School Qamber, after passing class Eight, he was appointed as a Drawing Teacher at the same school, and use to teach the subjects i.e art and Geometry. Later in 1962 the Abro family migrated to Jamshoro. Their Ayaz Alam Abro passed his matriculation exam from Government High School Hyderabad in 1966. During that time ayaz alam always get time to participate in extra circulative activities and participate in  ٻارن جي ٻاري that broadcasted from Radio Pakistan Hyderabad Produced by “Ada Mustafa Qureshi”, Abdul Kareem Baloch (Mama Malooq) and Ali Baba as script writer of that time. Ayaz Alam was very much found of Reading Books since his childhood, his passion of reading triggered this quest of writing, and soon he started to write his own stories, which were published in “GUL PHUL”magazine, Baran ji Bari (Rozana Ibrat Hyderabad) “Nonehal” Magzine Urdu. Later on Ayaz alam started script writing for Radio Pakistan in early 70s and 80s the most famous plays were “واچوڙي جي ووڙ “ Drama based on the life of Allama I.I Qaziهيڪل جندڙي، سوڀارو سانول   become famous Dramas, he also scripted the weekly programs “Mahfel-e-shab” produced by Anwer Baloch, weekly Documentary Program “Ghar shad watan shad” and in 1981 Documentary Program, PHALKARA “The model Village of Badin Sindh” that was nominated by Asian Pacific Institute of Broadcasting Development Malasia. as the Best International Program for Script, Produced By Late Sikandar Baloch. And it was also appreciated by the AIBD Malasia as the first ever Best informative broadcasting Program by Radio Pakistan Hyderabad Sindh.

Ayaz Alam Abro started his career as a Documentary and Drama/Play Script writer for Radio and Television. His first TV Scripڏات جي ڏيهه ۾ـ which was based on life of well known writer Ali Baba become the Best Drama of the Year of 1978, and that Drama was published in Quarterly Mehran magazine in December 1978.

Some other Dramas which are important to be mentioned here are “Chand Gidray Phar”sindhi and later it was translated as “EID KA CHAND” and was Nominated for PTV Award, “SKY LAB”. “ Pahanja Pahanja  Sapna”, “Antt Bahar”, and serial “KUN AIN KINARA”. Many other Stories for the National Circuit among which “ACHHOT” Produced by Saira Kazme, “Moti Jehro Mann” Produced by Haroon Rind, were also Nominated for PTV award.

In 1982 the most contributed work of Ayaz Alam Abro was his Documentary Film “MIR BAHAR” according to Ayaz Alam Abro it was about the destruction Manchar Lack will face in the future, it was the research based Documentry, went for the Nomination of “The Berlin International Film Festival” and won First price. Further Ayaz Alam added that he acted in that documentary film as a Main character.

Ayaz Alam Abro is multitalented person he has wrote numbers of columns and research articles for  various newspapers, he started his writing since very young age, most of his articles are research based about Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai (R.A) etc.

The people like ayaz alam abro are the Gems of our country whose talent is the asset to keep our culture alive in the form of Art and Literature, To me Ayaz Alam Abro is not only loving Uncle but he is very kind and sophisticated person by heart and by soul. One can see the reflection of poet’s inside by reciting his poetry which obviously come from inside of the poet. Ayaz alam is very patriotic to his motherland, his love for his language is very Rich. I find Ayaz Alam’s poetry very melodious. Though he has not yet published any of his book but we are expecting to read in a near future.

Nobody in this world gets a perfect life since birth, but some people make it perfect with true determination and hard work. Raza Muhammad Memon is one of those people who made his struggles since childhood to have a better life. He is a young boy who has achieved most of his early life goals. He is a guy who challenged today’s world and won almost every battle. He, by his life, teaches everyone the art to face, survive, win and be at top in this world. He has been a successful student for years, acquired high grads and many awards throughout his student life. Now entering into profession life, he kept his nature same, and got himself selected at many good posts one after other. He is now the Deputy District Officer (D.D.O) Bps-17 Social Welfare, Government of Sindh.

Raza has proved that everything can be achieved with hard work. The best thing in his small career was that he has been very much consistent on all stages of life. Since childhood he set his mind to achieve nothing but best. In school life Raza was among the brilliant students from very beginning. As he started taking 1^st position from class one and lasted it till class eight. Despite, he also broke the record of highest scorer by taking 700 marks out of 900 marks. He got good grads in matriculation, intermediate and graduation. Being consistent he took over all 2^nd position in M.Sc degree at N.I.P.S Islamabad while securing positions in all four semesters of M.Sc degree.

According to Raza M. Memon, ‘His priority and emphasis always remain on learning new things from environment’ and ‘to strive for excellence; to live in such environment that enhances his knowledge has been his objective’. He further added, “I have always been committed to my aims, I always keep making struggles to achieve what I aim.”

Besides his brilliance in academics, Raza has acquired a good name in the field of English language teaching. With studies Raza continued teaching English language in different institutes for years. He has earned a great respect in the field of teaching. In this regard, Raza has been awarded with Pride of Performance for rendering dedicated services for the students, he was also declared best teacher of the year by Stream Line English Language Institute in 2016.
