Everyone in the world have love for their ' Mother Language', no matter that is their national  or regional languages or not. They think that our mother language is important and precious than all other languages in the world.  Whenever we go to western and European countries we feel extra special when we met their with our country or mother tongue people we give them respect from the heart. There is no doubt that Sindh's national language is Sindhi and Sindh people love to talk their national language.  In Sindh other languages are also spoken like Siraiki,  Pashto, Dhatki, Punjabi etc and have their own importance.

 Language is the way to communicate people and it is important part of culture.  A language represents the people identify and heritage.  As we all know that urdu is the national language but many other regional languages spoken in Sindh.  Different communities of people live in Pakistan they are identified on the basis of languages. 

In Sindh sindhi is spoken by more than 35 million people and 25% people are sindhi speaking  in karachi. Not only sindhi other forms

of sindhi are being spoken in different areas of  sindh like if someone talk dhatki that means they belong to thar or umerkot.  Dhatki is also form of sindhi languages  mostly spoken by desert region peoples. Another language spoken in Sindh is vicholi in vicholo,  central Sindh. In lower areas of Sindh people mostly speak lari like in Thata etc.  They used the word that is different from normal sindhi like ' awehin'  and in normal sindhi we use ' tahan'.  In one city of Sindh people speak more than one language as in Dadu people speak urdu,  sindhi, siraiki, balochi, etc. 

When their is difference in the language of people who are living in one particular area or working in the office they met people of different culture and their languages are different from eachother like in university we met with different languages people and different culture people we meet there  with muhajirs,  punjabis,  sindhis or other countries people. Their talking of way is different from eachother.  When we first interact with them we have communication problem like mostly people do not understand sindhi and urdu and its some time become interesting when urdu speaker speaks sindhi its look like fun and they enjoy their languages. In Hyderabad areas like Old Campus, Hirabad, people of different language live in that area most of them speak urdu and some speak sindhi and some speak punjabi.  Dealing with different languages is considered to one of the most crucial and demanded skills in the world. The present  time has become the global village and this means that there are no boundaries and limitations today.  So this is outdated  approach that you will only deal with native people of your city/country/area where  mother language will be used. But when you are living in area where differents language people live  together it is more interesting when you come across with them. Its means that  in that area more than one culture is existing amoung the people's like sindhi, punjabi,  muhajir,  balochi cultures. In that area they share their culture and tradition with eachother. They celebrate their events together  and enjoy with eachothers culture. Like in Sindh Sindhi Ekta day not only celebrated by sindhi people but also other languages peoples celebrate this event. They wear sindhi dresses  and topi ajrak.

Now in present era employers want their employes to deal the audience throughout the world and for that they should be well aware regarding their languages so that the communication barrier may not occur in between.  It is perceived that the individual is able to deal with various languages with perfection so that the communication can be made possible and effective.  It is considered to be one of the most demanding skill that if a person know more than one languages, no matter they are confined to the national,  regional languages or even the international languages. The very basic and crucial advantage of this is for the employees who make the use of it and you will perform various tasks by yourself and has given you better opportunities  to be successful.  If you are able to speak various languages than it become very much easy to accommodate your self in those area where these languages are spoken. This is because language is the barrier and the basic problem for communication being faced by the people and this causes various  troubles while getting settled in unknown area.  So the individual is aware and is able to speak and to understand various languages properly it will be easy for them  to settle down quickly as compared to the one who are not aware of those languages.

People do prefer and do appreciate the one who speaks with them in their native language as they consider themselves and highly regard them,  so if the individual will be able to deal and to speak and understand various languages and get regard those communities  and will not be considered as the stanger.
